About Me

Hello! I am Annie, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor. I have been working in the field of mental health since 2016, and truly have a passion for helping others see themselves differently. 

I have always been different, whether it was choosing music in a sports dominated school, being a fat kid, not being in relationships like everyone else, or being in the queer galaxy, I never quite fit in. I know what it is to feel like everyone else got the roadmap for living, and you are just trying to figure it all out with some scotch tape and bubble gum. 

As a counselor I bring a unique strengths based, positive psychology point of view. I offer lived experience in a lot of different areas like gender, sexuality, divorce, parenting, feeling like a misfit etc. My only goal is to invite you to see the brilliance of you, as different as you are.
